Mr. Chris Fuller, a brother to the founder, purchased a one half interest in the partnership in May of 1991. Chris received his B.S. Degree from the University of Tennessee at Martin in June of 1989. He obtained his real estate license in March, 1986 and worked in real estate while going to college.

He has continued his education in real estate by completing courses 1A1 from the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers as well as course 8-2 (Residential Valuation) and SPP (Standards of Professional Practice). In addition, Chris has completed income capitalization for commercial real estate at The University of Tennessee. Chris has completed all the requirements for the Tennessee Real Estate Appraisal Commission and is a State Certified Residential Appraiser License number C.R. #670.

He is a member of the American Academy of State Certified Appraisers.  He is an active member of the Reelfoot Regional Association of REALTORS® as well as the state and national associations having served numerous capacities within those associations.  He is past president of the local association and has served at the state level as a director and committee chairman.  He is also a member of the Martin Rotary Club.

Chris is the manager of the construction and development division located at 203 University Street in Martin. This division has maintained the development of land and new construction since its inception in 1992.
