The appraisal division is operated through
Real Estate Support Services LLC. The main office is located at 300 North
McComb Street, Martin TN. The appraisal division currently utilizes a state
of the art computerized appraisal system. The software contains a QA Database
and the MCS Form Fill package operating within an IBM hardware systems
through a Lantastic network environment. This system generates statistical
data necessary for management, appraisals, and comparative market analysis
interlinking with Top Producer software.
Real Estate Support Services also conducts environmental site assessments,
home inspections, buyer brokerage, and business investment analysis. Rickey
Fuller is the managing general partner and certified Environmental Site
Inspector.
